From Polish knitting machine to global smile
Many Mornings socks come from Aleksandrów Łódzki, the heart of the Polish knitting industry since the 19th century. In 2014, brothers Michał and Piotr Figat decided to breathe new life into the family factory by designing socks with two different halves, but always sharing a theme. The colorful combinations – a penguin on the left and an iceberg on the right, or an espresso versus a croissant – became so popular that the collection is now sold in over forty countries. However, production remains completely local: all yarns are spun within a radius of thirty kilometers and each sock only leaves the factory after a manual quality control.
Sustainable materials and social impact
Many Mornings socks are made of over eighty percent certified cotton, supplemented with recycled polyamide and a touch of elastane for the perfect fit. The company reuses cutting waste to fill pillows and donates a new pair of socks to local homeless and refugee organizations via a charity for every pair sold. For this, the brand received the Responsible Business Award from the Polish Consumers' Association in 2022. The wide cuff does not pinch, while reinforcements at the toe and heel prevent wear; Many Mornings combines playful socks with the sturdiness you would expect from a premium menswear store.
