eCom Manager (32 hours per week) – Aalsmeer

Since 1935, The English Hatter has been known as a leading brand with a strong identity and a loyal customer base. To support our digital growth, we are looking for an eCommerce Manager to take responsibility for our webshop and ensure our online channels perform optimally.


Your role

As eCom Manager, you'll be ultimately responsible for the webshop and digital sales channels. You'll ensure that platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo are used intelligently and effectively, ensuring customers have an inspiring and seamless online experience. Together with the marketing manager and digital partner agencies, you'll translate campaigns and brand awareness into concrete digital results.

You will work from our head office in Aalsmeer, in a close-knit and ambitious team.


What are you going to do?

  • Managing and optimizing our webshop (Shopify).

  • Re-theming of the webshop.

  • Setting up, testing, and analyzing marketing automations via Klaviyo.

  • SEO: ensuring that content, products, and pages are easier to find in search engines.

  • Directing digital agencies that develop and execute campaigns and flows.

  • Translating marketing campaigns into online success.

  • Ensure that products are presented attractively and powerfully online.

  • Analyze data (traffic, conversion, customer behavior) and translate these insights into actions.

  • Identify and implement new digital opportunities.


Who are you?

  • You have experience with Shopify and Klaviyo.

  • You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate data into concrete actions.

  • You have experience in collaborating or managing external agencies.

  • You take ownership: you are the channel owner who picks up and completes matters.

  • You have an affinity for The English Hatter - that's a must.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
